You should work out 30 minutes a day, the workouts should be very intense. but if you're going to do that you need to workout non-stop. the only breaks you can take should be 15-30 seconds long.it is very important because if you don't you will get heart disease . you're blood pressure will also start to increase.
some cardiovascular exercises are staircase exercise, swimming, or running.All these exercise should include intense workouts. not only can swimming help your heart it also helps on your biceps. you should know when your heart is being worked out when your pulse starts to increase. The best work out for me is running, it helps me not to get tired fast and keeps my blood pressure low.
